When curating a holistic retreat, my mission is to provide a dedicated space and time for you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace, and reconnect with your spiritual or personal values. These experiences are always held at a carefully selected place in serene locations, such as lush forests, tranquil beaches, lakes, river sides, or historic sites, providing the perfect backdrop for introspection and rejuvenation.
By joining us on one of these tranquil retreats, you will be guided by me, your spiritual practitioner, Stephanie. I offer a variety of modalities and activities, such as meditation, yoga, qigong, mindfulness practices, and workshops focused on personal growth and spiritual healing. These practices help guide participants towards a deeper understanding of oneself and one's relationship with a higher power or spiritual principles. I am aim to encourage and promote having an open mind and unification.

Difference between a spiritual tour & holistic retreat
A spiritual tour emphasizes visiting and experiencing spiritually significant locations, with an element of visiting historical sites, temples, or areas of pilgrimage. During these tours we learn how to connect with the sites on a spiritual level while combining faith and spiritual traditions.
A spiritual retreat, on the other hand, is a period of focused reflection and self-discovery involving practices like meditation, prayer, or journaling, and can be structured around a specific theme or goal. Retreats can also include workshops and specific holistic healing modalities. I do have some retreats that will also include historical sites. Though these retreats will include the opportunity to connect spiritually to these sites, the main focus of each retreat would not be touring, it would be introspection.
