Stephanie Moyer is the founder of Travel Life Collective, LLC, Stephanie Moyer Mentoring, and creator of The RETURN Journey™, an embodied framework designed to help individuals reconnect with themselves beneath conditioning, overwhelm, and survival patterns.
With a deeply intuitive and trauma informed approach, Stephanie guides others through transformational experiences that weave together somatic practices, neuroplasticity, breathwork, PLR hypnotherapy, Reiki, Yoga, Qigong, and shamanic energy practices to support lasting inner transformation. Her work is where science meets soul.
There was a time in Stephanie’s own life when she felt deeply disconnected and knew something needed to change. Through her personal healing journey, she discovered that transformation does not happen simply because you change your environment. It happens when you feel safe enough within yourself to soften, listen, regulate, and return home to who you truly are. That realization became the foundation of her work and ultimately led to the creation of The RETURN Journey™.
Stephanie does not believe healing is about fixing yourself. She believes it is about remembering yourself. Through grounded guidance, nervous system support, embodiment practices, and transformational experiences, she creates spaces where people feel safe enough to release limiting beliefs, reconnect with their truth, and cultivate deeper self trust, clarity, peace, and alignment.
Travel became the container.
Embodiment became the bridge.
Transformation became the RETURN.
As a retreat facilitator and mentor, Stephanie creates experiences that leave people feeling not only inspired in the moment, but deeply reconnected to themselves long after the journey ends.
If you feel called to explore working together through coaching, holistic services, or transformational retreats, you are warmly invited to connect through a discovery call.
Stephanie approaches coaching and travel through a holistic lens, intentionally weaving a spiritual element into each experience from workshops to retreats. By incorporating moments of reflection, connection, regulation, and meaning, every journey becomes something more — it becomes an opportunity for a real shift.
When choosing a holistic service, workshop, coaching container, or retreat experience... selecting the right guide is just as important as choosing the experience itself. The space must feel aligned. The leadership must feel steady. The experience must feel safe enough for you to soften and expand.
Your presence here, and your trust in me to walk alongside you, is an honor beyond words.
With deep gratitude, we invite you to learn more about Stephanie’s path, her partners, and explore how these immersive experiences can support your own RETURN... reconnecting you to the safety, truth, clarity, and embodiment your mind, body, and spirit have been longing for.
Because what Stephanie once searched for across destinations, she finally discovered within...
Peace.
Wholeness.
And the remembering that home was never outside of her.
It was always here.
Yours is too... waiting for you to arrive.
Welcome to The RETURN Journey™
The RETURN Journey™ is Stephanie's mind, body, spirit based transformational framework designed to create lasting change through nervous system regulation, embodiment, and intentional integration.
It follows a steady progression:
Regulate → Embody → Transform → Uncover → Remember & Rise → Nurture & Integrate
Rather than forcing growth, this framework builds internal safety first, allowing identity shifts and expansion to stabilize naturally.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you have always been beneath conditioning, survival patterns, and outdated roles, and learning to live from that place consistently.

A focused private intensive designed to recalibrate your nervous system and interrupt immediate patterns. Ideal if you need clarity, regulation, and momentum without committing to a longer container.
A short-term, structured container to regulate, rebuild stability, and realign your identity. Perfect for transitions, recalibration, or when you need steady support to reset your internal baseline.

Extended partnership for those who are navigating meaningful growth or leadership expansion. This container strengthens capacity, consistency, and embodied authority over time.
For profound, long-range transformation. A year of regulated expansion, identity refinement, and integration. Ideal for those building a new chapter personally or professionally.
For those who desire consistent, anchored support, and commitment without a defined end date. This is steady mentorship designed to evolve with you.
Elevate the work through immersive travel experiences that blend embodiment practices, somatic integration, ceremony, and curated excursions. Retreats accelerate remembrance while grounding transformation in lived experience. This is the ultimate gift to yourself!

My hypnotherapy work is rooted in what I describe as integrative transformational hypnotherapy — a consciousness-based approach to regression-informed hypnotherapy that allows insight, healing, and remembrance to arise naturally from within.
What many people recognize as Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy or Past-Life Regression Hypnotherapy has been practiced in various forms for decades, formally emerging as a therapeutic modality in the mid-20th century. Long before that, similar trance-based states were explored by pioneers, most notably used by Edgar Cayce beginning in the 1920s, while the philosophical foundations of reincarnation and soul memory stretch back thousands of years across many cultures and traditions.
For me, this form of hypnotherapy has been one of the most profound tools in my own healing journey, and it is often what people are drawn to me for. Through gentle induction techniques, we access a naturally occurring hypnotic (trance) state, a deeply relaxed yet aware state of consciousness where the subconscious mind becomes more accessible.
In this space, insight arises from within the client. All imagery, awareness, and understanding are internally generated, meaning you are always fully conscious, present, and in control. Just as I guide outward journeys through travel, I serve as a steady guide inward, holding safe space while you explore your inner landscape.
Some individuals experience symbolic imagery or memories often described as past lives, while others receive insight related to emotional patterns, relationships, or unresolved experiences from this lifetime. This work is commonly used to explore deep-rooted emotional wounds, trauma patterns, core beliefs, spiritual insight, and soul-level understanding, all through the lens of personal meaning and self-directed awareness.
Many traditions refer to this inner reservoir of knowledge as the Akashic Records — often described as the energetic library of soul memory. While beliefs vary, access to deeper insight is commonly associated with meditative or prayer-like states of consciousness — the same states naturally accessed during hypnosis.
I received my formal training and certification through my mentor and friend, Peter Woodbury, (accredited through the A.R.E. - Association for Research and Enlightenment). Peter is currently one of the world's most prolific regressionist today. I have been an active hypnotherapist ever since.
Since then, I have remained actively engaged as a hypnotherapy practitioner, integrating this work with trauma-aware facilitation, somatic awareness, and consciousness-based practices.
This is not about labeling experiences or defining truth, it is about creating space for your own knowing to emerge, supporting healing, clarity, and remembrance through a compassionate, grounded, and integrative approach.

Your mind, body, and spirit — think of these three as the holy trinity of our very being. Each one matters, and true well-being comes from caring for all, not just one.
In the rhythm of everyday life — wake, work, eat, sleep, repeat — it’s easy to lose touch with parts of ourselves in order to keep going. Over time, this disconnection can leave us feeling depleted, disconnected, or out of alignment. My intention is to help individuals gently return to themselves by integrating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in a way that supports their personal goals and inner truth.
This work goes beyond traditional coaching by honoring how deeply interconnected these aspects of who we are truly are. When one is ignored, the others are affected. When they are brought back into balance, lasting change becomes possible.
Holistic coaching does not replace traditional therapy and it is not intended to. Instead, it can be a powerful complement to therapy, or a supportive bridge for those transitioning out of a therapeutic setting. The work is collaborative and client-led. I do not give answers — I help you access your own.
My role is to guide and support you as you cultivate emotional and spiritual awareness, reconnect with inner peace, and create healthier habits and patterns that feel sustainable and aligned. This may include mindfulness practices, guided meditation, somatic awareness, nourishment through healthy eating, and movement that supports your body and nervous system.
This holistic approach is another modality I have been formally trained and certified in by my mentor and friend, Peter Woodbury. and it is woven intentionally into everything I offer through Travel Life Collective.
This work is about coming home to yourself, with compassion, presence, and intention, and learning how to care for the whole of who you are.,

In addition to my work as a Holistic Life Coach, I am also a Certified Somatic Mind–Body Healing Practitioner. Through this work, I guide clients in gently reconnecting with their bodies as a pathway to physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
This approach is grounded in the understanding that the body holds lived experiences — including emotions, memories, and stress — and that true healing often happens when the mind and body are supported together. I also intentionally include the soul, recognizing it as an essential part of the healing process. You may refer to this aspect as your higher self, higher power, inner wisdom, or subconscious awareness — whatever language resonates with you. All three are present and honored within this work.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, guided awareness, and trauma-informed practices, I support the release of stored tension and the processing of unresolved experiences in a way that feels safe and paced. I incorporate teachings from polyvagal theory, along with practical breathing techniques designed to support nervous system health, regulation, and resilience.
My intention is to create a compassionate, supportive space where balance can be restored, resilience can be strengthened, and deeper harmony between mind, body, and spirit can emerge naturally.
I received my certification under somatic therapist Shana Neril, and this modality is woven seamlessly into the work I offer through Travel Life Collective — always led by presence, safety, and your own inner knowing.

I am trained and certified in neuroplasticity-informed practices, which focus on the brain’s natural ability to change, adapt, and form new pathways throughout life.
Neuroplasticity is the reason transformation is always possible — no matter your age, history, or past experiences. Our thoughts, emotions, habits, and patterns are shaped by repeated neural pathways in the brain. The encouraging truth is that these pathways are not fixed. With awareness, intention, and the right support, the brain can learn new ways of responding, relating, and being.
In my work, neuroscience is integrated gently and practically. I help clients understand how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, trauma, repetition, and belief — and how conscious awareness, embodied practices, and subconscious work can support new, healthier patterns over time.
This work supports clients in:
By combining neuroplasticity, hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and holistic coaching, we work with the brain, body, and subconscious together — supporting transformation that is not only meaningful, but lasting.
This approach is especially helpful for those who feel “stuck,” overwhelmed, or caught in repeating cycles and are ready to gently rewire their inner landscape with compassion, presence, and intention.

I am a Usui Reiki Master, initiated within a lineage that traces back fewer than ten generations to the founder, Mikao Usui and myself. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Reiki works with what is often described as universal life force energy — the subtle energy that flows through and around all living beings. When this energy becomes disrupted or depleted, it can contribute to physical, emotional, or energetic discomfort. Reiki supports the rebalancing of this flow through gentle hands-on touch or distance-based intention, allowing the body and nervous system to soften and recalibrate.
Reiki does not require belief, nor does learning Reiki make someone a “healer.” The practitioner simply acts as a conduit, offering the energy to move where it is welcome and needed. Healing unfolds only with consent and openness. In many ways, Reiki is something we all naturally access — like when a parent instinctively places their hands on a child’s knee to comfort and soothe. There is an innate intelligence at work.
Reiki attunement is believed to deepen this connection to life force energy, strengthening one’s ability to channel it with clarity and intention. Many clients describe feeling more balanced, peaceful, and grounded following a Reiki session — as if something gently realigns within.
I am certified as a Reiki Master by Lisa Powers and I am also a Master/Teacher in Dragon Reiki and Crystal Reiki.
While all three are forms of energy healing, each offers a unique focus:
Within Travel Life Collective, Reiki is offered as a supportive, optional modality — one that complements hypnotherapy, somatic work, and holistic coaching. It is always guided by intention, consent, and respect for each individual’s path.
At its heart, this work is not about fixing — it is about allowing balance, peace, and presence to return.

My shamanic training includes initiation into the The 9 Rites of Munay Ki a lineage originating from the Laika tradition of Peru. The Laika are known as wisdom keepers and traditional healers, carrying teachings that were preserved within their lineage for thousands of years and shared only through direct transmission.
According to tradition, these rites were eventually offered to the world through spiritual guidance, with the intention of supporting collective evolution and awakening. Munay Ki translates loosely to “the power of love” in the ancient Incan language—a reminder that love, presence, and integrity are at the center of all true transformation.
The Munay Ki consists of nine rites:
Seer’s Rite, Harmony Rite, Bands of Power, Healer’s Rite, Daykeeper’s Rite, Wisdomkeeper’s Rite, Earthkeeper’s Rite, Starkeeper’s Rite, and Creator Rite.
Often described as shamanic initiations, these rites are part of a ceremonial training system designed to awaken intuition, deepen inner wisdom, and strengthen one’s relationship with the natural and unseen worlds. The rites are believed to energetically support the traditional seven chakras, along with two additional centers, inviting a more expanded sense of awareness and connection.
Rather than being something that is “done” for you, the Munay Ki rites are seeded within. It is then the individual’s responsibility to nurture those seeds through intention, practice, and lived experience.
For me, receiving these rites was a deeply meaningful way to connect spiritually to the elements, and the wisdom carried in all directions. I continue to honor and practice Munay Ki ceremonies as part of my own spiritual path.
I received my Munay Ki certification through Sharon Ramel and I also hold additional certifications under her guidance in Master Shamanic Journeying, Ritual, and Ceremony, as well as Shamanic Journeying through the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds.
These teachings inform my work by encouraging presence, listening, reverence for the natural world, and trust in inner knowing. As with all modalities I offer through Travel Life Collective, shamanic practices are shared with respect, consent, and an understanding that each person’s journey unfolds in its own time and way.

Yoga is a sacred practice with roots in Hindu tradition, weaving together physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines. At its heart, yoga is an invitation to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and inner harmony through movement, breath, meditation, and ethical principles that support mindful living.
My journey with yoga began for very practical reasons — I knew it would be good for my body. Like many people, I was aware of the physical benefits: strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility. But as I entered my yoga teacher training, I discovered that yoga offered something far deeper — and I fell in love with it in an entirely new way.
Beyond learning postures and mantras, I studied Sanskrit, meditation, methodology, and the science behind how yoga supports the body and nervous system. I learned how yoga influences circulation, posture, breath, and both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems — helping to regulate stress while supporting vitality and resilience. These teachings deepened my understanding of yoga not just as movement, but as a way of living and being.
The word yoga comes from Sanskrit and means “to join together.” The ultimate aim of yoga is inner union — the integration of body, mind, and spirit — leading to a state of deep peace often described as shanta or shanti. From this space, we experience clarity, contentment, and connection that transcends everyday stress and distraction, opening us to pure awareness and presence.
This sense of union does not exist only within ourselves — it extends outward as well, deepening our connection with nature and the divine. Yoga has long been recognized for supporting overall health and well-being, but its greatest gift may be its ability to bring us home to ourselves.
I completed my 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Bodsphere is an International Accredited Authority for Yoga and accredited through Yoga Alliance. This means that I am also certified and accredited to teach yoga, open studios, or conduct trainings and workshops anywhere in the world.
Within Travel Life Collective, yoga is offered as an embodied practice — one that supports grounding, awareness, nervous system balance, and the integration of mind, body, and spirit within all other healing modalities I share.

Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice that weaves together breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It is rooted in the cultivation and harmonization of the body’s internal life force energy, known as qi — the vital energy that animates and sustains us.
Qigong is often compared to Tai Chi, and while the two are closely related, they are practiced differently. Qigong is considered the foundational and internal practice, emphasizing gentle, often stationary movements and conscious energy cultivation. Tai Chi builds upon these principles through more flowing, continuous, and externally dynamic movement. Both support balance and vitality, but Qigong offers a quieter, deeply introspective entry point.
By now, you may notice a common thread woven through the modalities I practice. From Reiki and Munay Ki to Yoga and Qigong, each tradition works with energy, awareness, and intention — yet each originates from a different culture and lineage. This has taught me one of my most meaningful lessons: diversity is strength.
When people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives come together, the result is often deeper insight, creativity, and growth. The same is true in healing and personal development. Learning from different cultures expands understanding, invites humility, and brings richness to the way we support transformation.
This is why I love studying wisdom traditions from around the world. Each one adds a unique layer — a different rhythm, language, and lens — to how I teach, guide, and hold space. Together, they shape a practice that is grounded, inclusive, and intuitively responsive.
I received my Qigong certification under Certified by Michaël Bijker, and this practice is offered through Travel Life Collective as a gentle, accessible way to cultivate balance, presence, and energy awareness — both on and off the mat.
At its essence, Qigong invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen — allowing harmony to emerge naturally from within.

Breath is one of the most powerful — and often overlooked — tools we have for healing, regulation, and transformation. My breathwork training is rooted in pranayama, the ancient yogic science of conscious breathing, and integrates both traditional wisdom and modern understanding of the nervous system and energetic body.
Through this work, I guide individuals to reconnect with the breath as a bridge between body, mind, and spirit. Breathwork offers immediate, practical support for stress relief, emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall vitality — while also creating space for deeper self-awareness and inner calm.
My training explored pranayama through multiple lenses:
the science of breath, the nervous system, and the energetic body. I studied how specific breathing techniques can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state of rest, regulation, and healing. I also learned how breath influences oxygenation, circulation, focus, and emotional resilience — making it a powerful tool for everyday life, not just the yoga mat.
Alongside the physiological effects, pranayama works subtly with prana, or life force energy, moving through the nadis (energy channels) and chakras (energy centers). Through intentional breathing, stagnant energy can be cleared, balance restored, and a deeper sense of harmony cultivated — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This certification equipped me with a wide range of techniques, from calming practices such as alternate nostril and equal breathing to more energizing breaths that support mental clarity and vitality. Just as important, I learned when and how to use each technique, ensuring breathwork is applied safely, intentionally, and in alignment with each individual’s needs.
Within Travel Life Collective, breathwork is woven throughout my offerings — supporting hypnotherapy, somatic healing, yoga, coaching, and retreat experiences. Whether used as a grounding practice, a nervous system reset, or a doorway into deeper awareness, breath becomes an anchor that clients can return to again and again.
This approach is gentle, accessible, and empowering. It reminds us that balance, clarity, and regulation are not something we have to search for outside ourselves — they are something we can access, always... one breath at a time.

I am an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church (ULC) a non-denominational religious organization with millions of members worldwide. ULC is globally recognized for its commitment to universal togetherness, spiritual freedom, and the honoring of diverse belief systems and personal expressions of faith.
As an ordained minister, I am legally authorized to perform wedding ceremonies and vow renewals, carrying the same rights and privileges afforded to clergy members of other faiths. I approach each ceremony with care, presence, and reverence, creating meaningful, personalized experiences that honor the unique values, beliefs, and love shared by those I serve.
My ministry is rooted in equality, inclusivity, and respect for all. I proudly support and affirm the LGBTQ+ community, and I hold sacred space for all individuals, identities, and relationships. Love is love, and every union deserves to be honored with dignity and joy.
In addition to weddings, I am available to perform baptisms and other sacred or spiritual rituals, including house blessings, smudging practices, and energy-clearing ceremonies. These offerings are always guided by the faith, spiritual framework, or personal intentions of the client. My role is not to impose belief, but to facilitate a ceremony that feels aligned, respectful, and meaningful to you.
As part of Travel Life Collective, these services may also be honored during travel, on retreats, or as part of curated tours, creating opportunities for sacred moments to unfold in powerful and memorable settings around the world. Whether marking a life transition, celebrating a union, or blessing a new beginning, each ceremony is thoughtfully crafted to reflect intention, connection, and reverence — wherever the journey leads.
All of the above mentioned modalities are open to be booked directly with Stephanie. Scheduling a complimentary spiritual consultation can help me understand your unique goals.
