Experience the Mysticism of Etheric Egypt!

Meet your Egyptian tour guide! - Abdalla on the right and Ehab on the left during a felucca sail in 2023.

    Why Choose Egypt?

    My personal thoughts...

What is evident is the entire world is fascinated by Egypt and its mysticism. It is rich in history and offers you a unique journey through time. The spiritual draw within may be different for everyone and I can only speak from my heart. I created this tour, not for us to be tourists, but for us to connect on a deeper level. This tour is not for the typical site seer, but more for those who wish to connect and awaken. This is why I am calling this tour "A Journey For the Soul."

I first went to Egypt on a spiritual tour guided by my friend and mentor, Peter Woodbury. I have known him for over a decade now and have my Holistic Life Coaching and Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy Certifications through him. Peter leads tours to Egypt almost every year. Finally in 2023, it was time. I was done watching. I was ready to go!

From day one I was in awe of this country. Granted, this type of travel may not be for everyone, but it was a "once in a lifetime" experience. I was with friends, I was making new friends from all over the world, and I was ready to learn from the Egyptian culture, both ancient and new. I connected to the sites and the people on a deep level of understanding. Many of us feeling a connection like we have met before or have known each other for ages. Perhaps from another life? Perhaps Egypt is the place our souls originated and we are finally coming home? I am excited to share these questions with you and help you with your own soul discoveries by using the same modalities taught to me by my mentor that will make this adventure that much more meaningful. I can't say enough about the energies that soon, you too, will experience!

Additionally, many who travel to Egypt report the intense feeling of "coming home", the feeling of "remembering", and have reported experiencing memories of past lives. Will you be one of them? I am excited to give you the opportunity to discover the answer to that question, and perhaps many, many more!

    I'm Ready to go!

    Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at Stephanie@TravelLifeCollective.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

This is a "VIP" experience and a rare opportunity not commonly offered to tourists or on tours. Especially during the times we will be there on 11/11 and 11.pm. This is a special arrangement made just for us being facilitated by our Egyptian tour guide and his connections. That is why it is considered the highlight of this tour. Why are the numbers important? Many people connected to spiritual practices believe in angel numbers. The number 11, and seeing this number repeated, can be interpreted as a deep spiritual connection to your angels, spirit guides, and the acknowledgment that you are on the right path. If this resonated with you, it can be seen as a high energetic portal to reflect on personal growth, set intentions, and a powerful sign of new beginnings, spiritual awakening, manifestation, and divine guidance. We will have two hours inside the Great Pyramid alone... just us! There will be no interruptions, no bumping into strangers, no fighting for a more personal, spiritual connection. You can meditate, pray, and spend as much time as you wish anywhere inside or out of the pyramid. It will be just us as we each explore freely and connect to the energies within this colossal masterpiece. You can enter all chambers, three in total. There is the Subterranean Chamber also known as the chamber of lost souls, the Queen's Chamber, and the King's Chamber. At the top will be the King's Chamber where you will find the sarcophagus of the "open tomb". Some believe it once held the remains of Pharaoh Khufu, while others believe it never did. Instead, they think it was used for entirely different purposes. Some of the most popular beliefs are that it was a chamber to ascend to a higher consciousness or a portal to the stars. Some believe it was a machine to generate free energy. While some others believe that the "open tomb" is where the "Ark of the Covenant" was meant to be kept. Many theories from philosophical, to religious, to scientific have been birthed over the centuries, and still no answers. I don't want to impose my own thoughts just yet. You will have the opportunity to come to your own conclusions after witnessing it for yourself! I will say this much.. For me, it was life changing and I have not been the same since in the most wonderful way.

No, this tour is not considered all-inclusive. Though there are many things included, not all meals and beverages are included. There will be plenty of opportunity to purchase snacks throughout the tour.

This tour is expected to have roughly 20-25 people in attendance. Should this tour become more popular, we will max out at no more than 50 people. Though our tour guides are very experienced and have been known to handle upwards of 100 travelers at once, this specific tour is being designed to be a more intimate experience. The goal is to keep our group together on one bus and not have the need to split up the group. This gives us the chance to connect while traveling to our destinations.

YES! Booking assistance is available. Each traveler is responsible for booking their own flights. However, please reach out to Stephanie if you have any questions regarding booking your flights to ensure proper arrival days. If you are in America, JFK has direct flights to Cairo through Egypt Air. This is a comfortable flight with good accommodations as well as good food and drink options to make the long flight easier on you. I highly recommend them. Prices can vary depending on when and how you book your flights. You can go online or download their app to view precise price details.

Note your arrival and departure days listed above in the itinerary. Depending on where you are traveling from, which country, and whether you are going to have connecting flights and layovers, you will need to leave the day before (at minimum) to arrive in Cairo on your intended arrival day of choice.

Yes! While Egypt is typically very safe, there is always some risk when traveling to the Middle East. Understand that Egyptian law requires tour guides to prioritize the safety of tourists. Our licensed tour guide is trained and expected to adhere to safety standards, and legally obligated to ensure the safety of their clients. An additional measure of security will be the TSA providing armed security with us on our bus while in Cairo. This is the law in Egypt for all group tours. Our hotels are also very secured. The Egyptian people are very kind and friendly. I didn't personally experience anything concerning while I was there and felt very safe.

Travel insurance is always highly recommended no matter where you plan to travel to. Most travel insurance agencies will require a deadline to purchase coverage from your time of booking. For example, you may be required to purchase within three days of booking. Please research this prior to booking if you are choosing to purchase travel insurance. All payments are final after October 1.

    My mentor recommends SquareMouth.

It is recommended to discuss additional options with your insurance agent. Here are additional options to ask for more information:

    - Medical and medical evacuation insurance.

    - Tourism insurance.

Absolutely, YES! This is a spiritual tour and the goal is for everyone to connect the mind, body, and spirit while also connecting to the sites. There will be guidance on how to achieve that along the way. Start and end times will vary each day. Therefore, I will be arranging times for morning meditations and evening reflections daily for those who wish to join. This communication will be done through a WhatsApp group chat and via email. In addition to the mediations, I hope to incorporate some light yoga and qigong as well. I cannot guarantee that a past life regression hypnosis group session will be possible, but if the opportunity presents itself, I will create the invitation.

Though I am the spiritual guide for this tour, our Egyptian tour guide is Abdalla Nasr with Perfect Egypt Tour. Abdalla will also have assistance from his brother Ehab. Abdalla and his family are very well connected and respected in Egypt. His family has been in the tourism business for generations. I met him and Ehab personally while traveling to Egypt in 2023 with my friend and mentor, Peter Woodbury, who has been doing group tours with Abdalla for many years. We are in great hands and I trust him and his brother immensely. Both gentlemen are professional, kind, and have your safety and best interest at heart.

Yes! You are more than welcome to come early and stay later outside of the tour operations and extension listed. To arrange this, please contact Stephanie to inquire about pricing and accommodations.

You must have a passport that does not expire within six months of travel to avoid being stopped and questioned creating travel delays.

You'll need both a travel adapter/voltage converter if your devices aren't dual-voltage. Egypt uses 220V and Type C and F plug outlets. You can find them on Amazon.

You will want to pack for at least two weeks unless you plan to launder your clothes while in Egypt at the hotels or the cruise.

Pack comfortable shoes because you will be doing a lot of walking.

More travel tips will be shared once you join the group.

Not unless they are adult children. No minors. For this unique spiritual experience, you must be 18 years of age or older to join this tour. If you would like to arrange a private family tour, one can be planned for you separately from this tour. Please contact Stephanie to learn more.

Yes! You must be able to walk and climb at least two flights of stairs. Many of the sites require walking up or descending down into steep angles and sometimes tight spaces at angles. There are long corridors where you will need to be hunched over for up to 20 yards. There can be areas where you may feel confined. Some tight/confined spaces can be avoided during the tour and sites can be admired from outside and/or at a distance.

Additionally, if you have health concerns, you should be taking the necessary precautions listed by your doctor and gaining their approval for this type of activity. Review this with your healthcare provider and look into the medical and medical evacuation insurance as an option.

Additionally, there are no Covid-19 restrictions. Everything is open and there are no vaccination requirements or mask requirements. It is always recommended to bring a travel hand sanitizer and use regularly throughout any travel experience. If you would prefer to take your own precautions, like wearing a mask, you are more than welcome to.

Though we cannot put the label of "guarantee" on this itinerary, there should be no reason all sites listed above won't be visited with the additional optional experiences included, should you choose them. Please understand that some itinerary days and times may shift slightly or be in reverse order of how they are listed. This is why some sites and experiences are optional and available to purchase during the tour. This allows for flexibility in the schedule as well as a bit of a rest for the more weary travelers. Part of the reason for flexibility is due to how we must travel domestically in Egypt, as it can depend on flight availabilities the day of travel. Additionally, there is always a risk of traffic delays, accidents, flight delays, protests, or other interruptions. Should any of this occur, our tour guides will do their best to get us to the sites as listed in the itinerary. Though it is most likely that there won't be any issues, we should be prepared to be understanding, stay calm, and be flexible should something happen and allow our guides to provide the best experience possible.

Note: No refunds will be provided after October 1, which includes for unforeseen events that may interrupt the tour or the tour's itinerary. However, every attempt will be made to facilitate satisfaction.

Yes! There will be plenty of opportunities for shopping excursions daily. Some more popular experiences will be worked into the tour. Others will be optional in the evenings. These experiences aren't listed on any particular days due to the need for our schedule to be flexible so that we can view all the scheduled sites. Shopping excursions will include education and sometimes a pleasant performance. To name a few, you will have the opportunity to visit the Alabaster shop, Papyrus shop, Egyptian Carpet shop, Egyptian Cotton store, Spice Market, Essential Oils shop, and a few souks/Egyptian markets.

You can use both if you would like. In Egypt they largely will accept USD and Euro. If you would like to use EGP or Egyptian Pound, you can go to the exchange stations or the ATM's at the airport. You can also bring large amounts of small bills - $1, $5, & $10 bills to use. When going to your bank to withdrawal small bills, please check them for marks and rips. Ask for different bills if you find any damaged. Many banks in other countries won't exchange marked or ripped bills. Therefore, Egyptians may not accept them either.

Yes, it is generally safe to use your card at the airport, the hotels, the shops, and on the river boat. However, I highly recommend using cash and understanding the exchange rates. DO NOT use your card at the markets. If you are ever in doubt, please ask Abdalla.

I recommend $250 USD or equivalent in your currency in small bills which will be plenty for the average shopper for two weeks of travel in Egypt. More only if you would like to purchase many souvenirs or prefer to make all purchases with cash during the tour so you can use your card less at the shops. Personally, I found $250 USD plenty for me.

Exchange rates can change daily!! Please look into what they are closer to departure time. The USD to EGP can range from $30 to upwards of $50 USD to 1 EGP.

    Other common currency examples are:

    €1 Euro to £57 EGP

£1 Sterling Pound to £67 EGP

    $1 CAD to £36 EGP

    $1 AUD to £32 EGP

Again, these are estimates as rates can fluctuate daily. Please look up your own country's currency and exchange rates before departure.

The most important that pertain to your grand tour experience are, yes, but not all. You will see your tour guide giving plenty of handshakes. That is part of your tour money going towards giving you a one-of-a-kind experience. Thus, allowing you to see and visit things that are often not able to be experienced by others, adding to the unique nature of your Egypt adventure. Outside of this, additional tipping is optional depending on what you choose to do. More explained below in the last FAQ, "What else can I expect while in Egypt?"

Yes. However, you have options on how you would like to have coverage. You will have Wi-Fi at hotels and on the cruise which will allow for Wi-Fi text and calling. You can call your cellular provider and request international calling and text during your stay or your can purchase a SIM card. SIM cards are very affordable. Those interested in a SIM card upon arrival will be offered them by our tour guide, Abdalla.

Please Note: Even with a SIM card, you will likely not have any coverage to do things like "Go Live" on social media inside a tomb or pyramid. You will, however, be able to take plenty of quality pictures and videos.

Links to your accommodations are or will be linked above once they are secured and then shared with you. They will also be shared in the private group once you are booked. You will be able to see just how much is offered on their site directly. All hotels will have a pool, a bar, coffee, meal buffets, free Wi-Fi, and a spa.  There is laundry services available at the hotels and on the cruise for an affordable price.

The Nile River Boat will also most likely have the same amenities, except a pool. Once the cruise is officially booked, this information will be provided to you. Even if there is no pool on the cruise, the top deck of all river boats offer a chance to relax on a lounge chair and soak up the sun, meditate, enjoy a coffee, tea, cocktail, or simply take in the views of the Nile!

Yes! There will be plenty of opportunities to be introduced virtually before the tour. We will all be connected on Facebook for all who use that social media platform through an event page and a private group. You will also be invited to online virtual meetings prior to the tour. Closer to departure, we will also have a WhatsApp group text for those who want to stay engaged that way.

When traveling to other countries, understand there are usually differences in the water filtration systems and microbials in the water. The same is true for Egypt. Though safe to shower with, avoid drinking the faucet water for this reason. Only drink bottled water which will be provided to you throughout your stay. You will be able to take bottles of water to your rooms. Keep a bottle next to the sink for brushing your teeth. Do not drink water or other beverages with ice in it. Avoid raw foods that you haven't washed or peeled yourself as they were likely washed using the same water you are trying to avoid. At the hotels and on the cruise they will try to sell you bottled water. Please know that this is not necessary to purchase. You will have complimentary bottles of water provided to you by your guides and filtered water available to be filled and refilled at the bars and buffet areas of the hotels and the cruise. Do not eat ice cream. It often melts and is frozen again which means it can be dangerous to eat.

Dietary Needs - If you have dietary needs, we will accommodate them as well as allergies.

The plumbing is not like in America. You will have toilet paper, but you do not flush the paper, you throw it away in the waste basket next to the toilet. Flushing can and will result in clogs. Your accommodations will have daily housekeeping to throw away waste. You will see an additional fixture in the restrooms. This is because in Egypt, they use water to clean themselves, not tissue. Just as we may think it odd that we can't flush toilet paper, they think it odd we use paper and don't wash ourselves. These fixtures are referred to as a shatafa or a bidet. It is a specialized fixture to clean the body. You are more than welcome to use it. While the term "bidet" is also used, it's the shatafa that is the more prevalent term in Egypt. You will see these looking similar to a sink, bidet basin, or almost like a shower hose depending on the type of restroom you come across.

Like many other countries, Egypt does not have a government funded welfare program. Their social support consists of many people trying to sell you goods or services. Therefore, almost every restroom will have someone there ready to charge you to enter. It is good to keep $1 bills or other small currency on you for this purpose. This includes at the domestic airports and around the towns we will be visiting. You will also be approached often by the local towns people, guards at the sites, and even children, wanting you to buy something, begging you to help them, offering to take your picture, or show you a special place. Please understand, they want tipped 100% of the time and can be relentless. To some, this can be overwhelming, pull on your heart strings, or just annoy you. Please be respectful of the people and their culture. Though Egypt thrives on tourism as its largest support system, it is still economically challenged with high rates of poverty. This can be disheartening, but keep this in mind if you ever feel overcharged or taken advantage of. Their average yearly income is $5000 USD. If someone "overcharged you" by $3, that is the average hourly wage in Egypt. Just remember, with everyone who will be trying to sell you something, they are trying to support their families. You can always say no, ignore, or walk away. If you ever feel pushed too far, please ask Abdalla or Ehab for assistance.
